CENTURY VICTORIAN STONE FARMHOUSE REPLICA

CAREFULLY CRAFTED CUSTOM HOME BUILD TO LOOK OVER 100 YEARS OLD

This home was built in 11 months and everything about it is custom. We designed it based on century old Victorian homes and the goal was to have people believe it is century old.

The exterior finish is limestone which is 6"-8" thick. Each stone was hand chiselled to fit by a very traditional stonemason. Only 20-30 square feet of stone was laid each day.

We custom milled all the interior baseboard, casings, backbands, window sills and aprons to match the historic period. All the flooring is reclaimed antique pine and we built the staircase from antique lumber as well. All the cabinetry is custom built and the countertops are granite. The Rumford fireplace was built from limestone and the mantel is a reclaimed barn beam. People truly believe this home is over 100 years old!
