FARMHOUSE HOME ADDITION & GARAGE RENOVATION WEST OF BURLINGTON

This Flamborough home renovation project, just west of Burlington, involved a complete transformation of an existing 2 story garage into living space as well as an addition to the farmhouse. The addition joined the farmhouse to the renovated garage and included a gym, full bathroom and corridor.

All areas have hydronic in-floor radiant heat. Flooring is porcelain and ceramic tile. Interior finishing includes reclaimed antique lumber used for exposed beams, stairs and wall covering. Windows are Pella. Siding matches the exterior finish of the existing century farmhouse.
