The King City home addition was a large and complex project that started with the demolition of half of the existing house. The new foundation for the home addition required up to 16' high walls due to poor soil conditions. A new roof was constructed for the home addition and the remaining portion of the existing house.

The home's exterior finish is a combination of stucco and granite with 2 granite chimneys. The home's interior design includes hardwood and limestone flooring, large crown mouldings, custom cabinetry, and extensive trim carpentry.
